1) First off, thanks for being here, appreciate you taking the time out to play our 20 questions game…How did you start your modeling career?

I started when I was approached by a import team....in other words its a car crew....hahahah...they were doing a model search and then I was offered to model for one of our sponsors "BF Goodrich Tires"....from after that show the rest just kept coming and everything just felt like a fun job! The rest was history.....

 2) What is the current project that you’re working on?

I have several projects I am currently working on. My first priority is my official website www.ruthhuang.com  ...it is currently under major construction so check back for more updates! Second, my current jobs are spokes modeling for Pepsi, BF Goodrich Tires, Miller Lite, BRIDE, and TYC Elegante. My next appearance will be at SEMA/APPEX trade show in Las Vegas from Nov. 4-7 spokes modeling for TYC Elegante. Brought to you by the "2 Fast 2 Furious" movie...this company features the official aftermarket lamps in the movie!

 3) Good or bad, what is the one experience that sticks out the most in your mind when looking back at your modeling career?

Hhmmmm....that would probably be modeling for Pepsi and that same day doing a photo shoot at the Super Street Magazine booth. After that month, I was featured on the centerfold poster of the magazine posing with a Maguire's can. You can check out the issue at newsstands this month “Oct 2003 issue"

 4) There are many models out there, what makes you different than them?

Well, I try to do everything my way...I don't let anyone persuade me into doing nudity. I always set my goals and expectations high. I always take all my job offers and clients seriously and with a professional manner. So that’s what makes me different from a lot of the other models that work in my industry! I only do commercial modeling....so if any companies would like to hire me...feel free to contact me!

 5) What would be your dream photo shoot?

 Well that would be doing a shoot in Hawaii....just being in Hawaii makes me want to stay there forever!

6) Nudity…tasteful art or exploiting women?

I think it depends on what its used for and how it’s presented in the final work. I think a lot of the website's out there are exploiting women and trying to make money. Tasteful art is pictures you see on playboy and paintings. I think everyone has there own interpretation and this is a free country...so do what ever you want! By the way...Girls Gone Wild is one of those exploiting women video's that I am against!

7) You’re walking down the street and we spot you…what are you wearing?

 Ralph Lauren jeans and Roxy baby-tee!!! I love Roxy or anything with Hawaiian prints~!

 8) High heels, greatest invention since sliced bread or a pain in the ass?

HAHAHA....that’s real funny! I think there sexy and it shows off your legs real well! I love wearing high heels...from 2 inches to 4 inches baby!!!

9) To the people that want to become a model, what would you like to tell ‘em? Any tips, hints, behind-the-scenes info?

I would say be careful who you work with in the modeling industry. Make sure you have everything down on paper, present yourself in a professional manner, and it will take a bit to get started but ask another model to be your mentor. Also ask for references...contacts to models who they have worked with...and contact those models to see what there real feeling are about this company, photographer or whatever the job is! That way you'll have someone to guide you, look up to and also learn from. All the glitz and glamour is pretty much a lot of fun, but also a lot of work. The behind-the-scene stuff is always the best...but that’s a secret!

10) Are you in a relationship? Does modeling have any affect on your relationships?

Yes...I am taken! Modeling in my industry does have a lot of affect with my boyfriend. He also works in the same industry so I thought it was not going to be a problem...but it didn't happen that way after 6 months!

 11) Turn-on/turn offs… describe your ideal knight riding that white horse…

That would be my boyfriend! I don't think I need to explain anymore... 

 12) Have you ever gotten an offer like the one in Indecent Proposal? J

Sorry didn't watch that movie, or maybe just forgot~!

13) If you could have dinner with one person from the past, who would it be and why?

That would be with my grandparents...I never really got to hang out with them...and now that there gone I wished I had that chance to get to know them better!

14) With Arnold winning the election, did it get you to think of going into politics?

Hahahha...no way...no politics for me! But I was sort of glad Arnold won. I knew he would have anyways...but I personally did not like DAVIS at all!!! He ruined my financial aid at the college I attend...and that is sooooo important to me as a poor college student!!! 

 15) If you were to be a Super Hero, what would your powers be?

 The power to see the future...kind of like TV show "Dead Zone"

16) An asteroid is going to hit the world and destroy life as we know it in 24 hours…what do you do in those hours? (Besides wanting to spend some time with us) J

hahahhaha...well...go snowboarding, bungee jumping, and sky diving...lastly spend the rest of my life with my family, boyfriend, my dogs, and best friends!

17) Looking back on life, what is the wildest thing that you’ve done that you can share with us.

That’s a secret...

18) Lets say you entered a contest, where you had to display some type of a talent… what’s your talent? 

 gosh I really never thought about that....well I would probably dance or sing...or do the cat walk down the runway...ahahhaah I don’t know~ I'm not that talented! Quite piano when I was little...and didn't really do anything else interesting!

19) What would you say is the one fact about you that shocks people when you tell ‘em about it?

I’m Chinese!!!! Hahahah...alot of people think im Korean, Hawaiian, philipino, and who knows what else! They always say...."really you’re Taiwanese/Chinese?" =) yes I am!

 20) And finally, what do you think of us? (You may exaggerate, really…exaggerate!)
